
Italian Nachos
Ingredients / Makes 6 – 8 Servings
1 bunch of fresh basil leaves 1 bag of kettle-cooked potato chips ½ of a Caruso’s Italian Torta cut into 1 inch chunks 4 or 5 Basil strandsPreparation
- Preheat broiler
- Spread chips on a metal platter or tray
- Scatter the chunks of torta over the chips
- Broil until torta is melted
- Snip fresh basil strands over chips as a garnish
- Serve and enjoy
