Grilled Italian Torta Chicken

Ingredients / Makes 4 Servings

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 4 slices of Caruso’s Italian Torta, Olive oil, salt and pepper


  1. Preheat grill
  2. Brush both sides of chicken with oil
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Grill chicken until cooked
  5. Lay a slice of torta on top of cooked chicken and close grill lid
  6. Heat until torta is soft but not melted
  7. Remove from grill and serve
