
Grilled Stuffed Italian Pork Chops
Ingredients / Makes 4 Servings
4 1-inch thick pork chops 4 slices of Caruso’s Italian Torta Olive oil, salt and pepperPreparation
- Cut a deep pocket in the side of the pork chop (be careful not to go all the way through)
- Stuff a piece of torta into pork chop and use a toothpick to secure the pocket closed
- Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
- Grill over medium heat to desired temperature
- Remove from grill and serve
