Ingredients

1 cup heavy cream One quarter of a Caruso’s Italian Cheese Torta cut into chunks Sauce Pan

Preparation

  1. Combine in sauce pan
  2. Heat and stir until sauce is hot and Torta is melted
  3. Serve with grilled vegetables and/or meats
