Torta Crostini


French baguette sliced in ½ inch diagonal slices   (1)
Caruso’s Italian Torta cut into ½ inch thin slices   (½)
Olive oil   ()


Preheat broiler
Arrange bread on cooking tray and drizzle with olive oil
Broil until bread is toasted and golden
Top bread with slices of torta
Broil until torta is melted; serve while hot
