Tuscan Potato Casserole


Medium-large red-skinned potatoes, sliced into ½ inch slices   (8)
Caruso’s Italian Torta cut in 1 inch chunks   (½)
heavy cream   (1 Cup)
Salt and pepper   ()


Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease an 8x8 baking pan
Layer half of potato slices in pan
Top with half of torta pieces
Sprinkle with salt and pepper
Repeat steps 3, 4, and 5
Pour cream evenly over potatoes
Cover and bake for 60-70 minutes
