Caruso Chicken


Boneless Chicken Breasts   (4 pc)
Caruso's Italian Torta   (4 slices)
Prosciutto   (4 slices)
Olive Oil   ()


Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut a deep pocket in the thickest part of the chicken breast
Stuff a slice of torta in the pocket
Use a toothpick to close the pocket securely
Wrap a piece of prosciutto around the chicken, covering the slit
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in non-stick saute pan
Add chicken and brown on both sides
Finish baking in oven 12-15 minutes
