Grilled Stuffed Italian Pork Chops


1-inch thick pork chops   (4 pc)
Caruso’s Italian Torta   (4 slices)
Olive Oil   (1tbsp)
Salt and Pepper   (to taste)


Cut a deep pocket in the side of the pork chop (be careful not to go all the way through)
Stuff a piece of torta into pork chop and use a toothpick to secure the pocket closed
Brush both sides with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
Grill over medium heat to desired temperature
Remove from grill and serve
