Ingredients

heavy cream   (1 cup)
Caruso's Italian Cheese Torta cut into chunks Sauce Pan   (One quarter)

Instructions

Combine in sauce pan
Heat and stir until sauce is hot and Torta is melted
Serve with grilled vegetables and/or meats
