Italian Nachos


bunch of fresh basil leaves   (1)
bag of kettle-cooked potato chips   (1)
Caruso’s Italian Torta cut into 1 inch chunks   (½)
Basil strands   (4 or 5)


Preheat broiler
Spread chips on a metal platter or tray
Scatter the chunks of torta over the chips
Broil until torta is melted
Snip fresh basil strands over chips as a garnish
Serve and enjoy
